Milk thistle is a digestive plant and protects the liver, hence its qualifier "detox". It decreases the penetration of toxic substances (drugs, alcohols, etc.) into its cells. Helps to have beautiful skin.

Hot tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water (90C) over tea. Sleep 3-7 min. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
As good hot as in Iced Tea!
Iced tea (1L): 12 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea into tea pot. Pour 1 1/4 cup/315ml boiling water(90C) on tea. Sleep 5 min. Quater fill serving pitcher with cold water. Pour into pitcher straining tea. Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeteen to taste.
