A large number of studies have proven that Rooibos is a high source of zinc. Zinc is an incredible mineral that boosts the immune system and is great for fighting the flu and colds and getting rid of cold sores.

Hot tea: Put 1 1/2 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of water in the teapot.  Pour freshly boiled water (90C) over tea. Sleep 5-10 min. Garnish & sweeten to taste. 

As good hot as in Iced Tea!

Iced tea (1L): 12 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea into tea pot.  Pour 1 1/4 cup/315ml boiling water(90C) on tea.  Sleep 5 min.  uater fill serving pitcher with cold water.  Pour into pitcher straining tea.  Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeteen to taste.
