Jasminum auriculatum — commonly known as Juhi or Indian Jasmine — is a flowering shrub native to South Asia, found primarily in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and the Andaman Islands. It belongs to the Oleaceae family, the same botanical family as the more widely known Jasminum sambac and Jasminum grandiflorum.

In India, the Juhi flower is associated with purity, devotion, and spiritual offering — garlands of Juhi are used in temple ceremonies, woven into hair, and offered at shrines across the country. Juhi Absolute is a thick, richly concentrated material. A little goes a very long way — begin with a small amount and adjust to your preference.

• Diffusion — add 2–4 drops to your diffuser with water for a warm, enveloping jasmine-incense atmosphere. Ideal in the evening or during meditation and yoga.
• Personal perfume — dilute 1–3% in a carrier oil (jojoba, fractionated coconut, or sweet almond) and apply to pulse points. The middle-to-base character ensures excellent longevity.
• Lava stone bracelet — apply 1–2 drops directly to the porous lava beads; the stone diffuses the fragrance gently throughout the day.
• Bath — add 3–5 drops diluted in a carrier oil or unscented bath salt. Never add undiluted oil directly to bath water.
