Iced tea (1L): 8 tea bag into tea pot. Pour 1 1/4 cup/315ml boiling water(85C) on tea. Sleep 5 min. Quater fill serving pitcher with cold water. Pour into pitcher straining tea. Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeteen to taste.
