All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 in the North Montérigie Est region. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9:00 every day of the week except on public holidays. We will contact you by Text, Email or Phone with the phone number you provided when ordering to notify you of the day of receipt.
Pick up in store
You can avoid shipping costs thanks to a free local pick-up at the Promenades de Sorel boutique (neighboring the Dollorama). After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup, your order will be prepped and ready to be picked up within 1-2 business days. We'll email you when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pick-up hours are during store opening hours which you can view here. Please present yourself with your order confirmation email.
We offer international shipping services to the following countries: United States of America.
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Arômes et Évasions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number, and we we will review it for you.
Refunds, Returns and ExchangesWe accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
