Iolite is a stone that benefits from being mixed with other rock crystals to infuse it with higher energy levels. The healing properties of iolite are quite varied and extend to include nerve strengthening and a higher pain threshold. Purification

The purification of iolite is done with distilled water, letting it sit in water for a good 4 hours. Once out of the water, wipe it off with a clean cloth. It is also possible to purify by fumigation. If you want to charge your Iolite, you can place it under natural light for an hour avoiding super strong direct sunlight.
