Cinnamon bun flavored infusion, lovely mild hot finish. Star anise character adds depth and mystery. Milk and sugar recommended.

Hot tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea (or 1 tea bag) for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water (90C) over tea. Sleep 5-10 min. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
As good hot as in Iced Tea!
Iced tea (1L): 6 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea (or 6 tea bags) into tea pot. Pour 1 1/4 cup/315ml boiling water(90C) on tea. Sleep 5 min. Quater fill serving pitcher with cold water. Pour into pitcher straining tea. Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeteen to taste.
