Family : Black Tea

Hot tea: Put 1 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of water in the teapot.  Pour freshly boiled water (95C) over tea. Sleep 2-3 min. Garnish & sweeten to taste.
