Lady Gray is a refreshing and light version of a traditional Earl Gray tea! Our Lady Gray is a refined black tea blended with dried orange peel, chrysanthemum, classic bergamot oil and a touch of peach for a unique black tea taste. Lady Gray has been blended to minimize the strength and "pungency" of a traditional Earl Gray - and we know you'll love our peach-fresh version of a beloved bold favourite.

Lady Gray has the deliciously classic sweet, balanced, malty and fresh taste of Lady Gray once brewed, but with a youthful, fragrant twist of fresh peach! It infuses a warm golden brown tea liquor, with a delicate aroma of sweet peach - a touch of astringency and lots of flavor.

As good hot as in Iced Tea!

Iced tea (1L): 6 slightly heaping tsp of loose tea into tea pot.  Pour 1 1/4 cup/315ml boiling water(95C) on tea.  Sleep 5 min.  Quater fill serving pitcher with cold water.  Pour into pitcher straining tea.  Add ice, top-up with cold water, garnish & sweeteen to taste.
